Women's Self-Defense Workshop

We are extremely excited to host our first Women’s Self-Defense Workshop on Saturday May 21st!! Open to any women 13 and older from 9:00-11:00am. @petty2pac and @knight_shadows will be instructing this workshop! Amber is a 4 stripe purple belt, fuji state champ, and the Head Women’s Coach at Roufusport HQ] ! Na Tasha is a Roufusport kickboxing Black belt, owner of @blackwidowfitnessllc , and assistant kickboxing coach at Roufusport HQ] ! We can’t say enough great things about these two women and can’t wait to have them on the mats here in Sheboygan!
